Clara Villanueva Born in Spain, and trained in Paris and London, Clara practices Psychotherapy and Counselling in three languages. She offers support, empathy and intuition during one-to-one sessions and group work. She leads workshops designed to enable people to contact their sense of passion and purpose, increase their self confidence and optimism, adapt to new circumstances and unlock their creativity. Formerly a teacher, she is also a translator and the authour of several books for students of Spanish and novel, I, Carmela.

Nick Inman is from Yorkshire. A former teacher he is now a freelance writer, editor, translator and photographer. He is the author of twenty travel guides to Spain and France and of Politipeda and The Optimist's Handbook. He assesses authors' manuscripts for the website LiteraryAgent.co.uk He is a member of the National Union of Journalists and the Society of Authors. For more about his work see www.nickinman.com

Clara Villanueva and Nick Inman have trained to lead workshops, in paricular the incomparable Mastery, with Mac Andrews, Christine Kimberley and Ranjit Krishnamma.

Their experience with personal development workshops has taught them two facts which are true of every person on the planet:

1) Everyone has a story to tell and it is very important that we tell each other our stories and that we listen to those of others.

2) Everyone has a reservoir of potential creativity if only it can be tapped. The emotions are the necessary pumping mechanism but too many of us spend our lives fighting them instead of using them to our benefit.
